Is LeanGrid free?
Yes. LeanGrid offers a free plan that includes full access to all features — contacts, deals, tasks, projects, custom fields, and team management. No credit card required.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored securely in cloud infrastructure within the European Union. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
Can I export my data?
Data export functionality is on our roadmap. In the meantime, contact us at hello@getleangrid.com if you need a data export and we'll assist you manually.
How many team members can I add?
There is no limit on team members. Invite as many colleagues as you need.
Can I use LeanGrid on mobile?
Yes. LeanGrid is available as an Android app in addition to the web app at app.getleangrid.com. The web app is also responsive and works well on tablets.
Is there an API?
Yes. You can generate API keys in Settings → API Keys. Full API documentation is coming soon — contact hello@getleangrid.com for early access.
Can I have multiple organizations?
Yes. A single LeanGrid account can belong to multiple organizations. You can switch between them from the organization selector in the sidebar. Each organization has completely isolated data.
What happens when I delete a contact?
Deleting a contact is permanent. The contact's deals and tasks are unlinked (not deleted) — they remain in the system but lose the reference to the deleted contact. Notes attached directly to the contact are deleted.
What happens when I delete a deal?
Deleting a deal is permanent. Tasks linked to the deal are unlinked but not deleted. Notes attached to the deal are deleted.
Can I recover deleted data?
No. Deletions in LeanGrid are permanent and cannot be undone. We recommend being careful with delete operations, especially for contacts and deals with extensive history.
How do I change my password?
Go to Settings → Profile and use the change password option. You'll receive a confirmation after the change.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your user account and all personal data. If you are the Owner of an organization, transfer ownership or delete the organization first.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
