Organization Settings
Manage your organization's configuration from Settings in the sidebar.
General Settings
- Organization Name — Update your organization's display name. This name appears in the sidebar and in invitation emails.
Deal Types
Configure the deal types available in your organization:
- Create new deal types and define their custom fields.
- Edit existing deal types to add, rename, or reorder fields.
- Delete deal types that are no longer needed.
You must have at least one deal type before you can create deals. See Custom Fields for details on configuring fields.
Team Management
View and manage the people in your organization:
- See all current team members and their roles.
- Invite new members by email.
- Change a member's role (Admin ↔ User).
- Remove members from the organization.

API Keys
Generate API keys for programmatic access to your organization's data. Each key:
- Is scoped to your organization.
- Can be revoked at any time.
- Should be treated like a password — do not share or expose it publicly.
API key management is available to Admin and Owner roles only.
Switching Organizations
If you belong to multiple organizations, switch between them from the organization selector in the sidebar. Each organization has completely isolated data — switching orgs gives you a fresh, separate workspace.
Creating Additional Organizations
Create a new organization from the organization selector in the sidebar. This is useful if you manage multiple businesses or want to maintain separate environments (e.g., a production org and a test org).
Deleting the Organization
Only the Owner can delete an organization. Deleting an organization permanently removes all data — contacts, deals, tasks, projects, notes, and team memberships. This action is irreversible. Before deleting, consider exporting your data or transferring ownership.
